If you wish to file a Complaint against another person, you will have to follow the following procedure. Note that you will be required to provide evidence to file a Complaint. You can email your Complaint to the Clerk of the Court, and you can contact the Clerk if you have any questions, or need assistance.

You will need to provide as much information as you can. The Clerk will contact you if additional information is need. Please, take your time and provide as much detail as possible.

Accuser's information: names (including aliases or nicknames used within the past year), webpage URL(s) (if any), email addresses (all used during the period of time covered by the Complaint), preferred contact email address, phone number (optional), address.

Accused information: Name (if known), aliases or nicknames; webpage URL(s) (if any), email addresses (all known), current email address or other means of notification, phone number (if known), address (if known).

Accusation:

Any audio evidence should be described and be accompanied with a timeline pointing out where relevant parts of the conversation can be found and what they are. Must be in .mp3 or .wav format. If possible,. The entire audio and additional files of cropped relevant information should be included
